Can I exchange the product if I don't like it with some other product?
We understand that preferences may vary, which is why we offer exchanges for a different item if you're not satisfied with the jewellery, received a faulty product, or received an incorrect item within 15 days of delivery. Your satisfaction is our priority!
Please note that in the event of an exchange, any price differences will be collected or refunded to you, as the case may be.
